Order Modification & Special Request

A $10 processing fee will apply to any order changes after checkout, including:
changing plants/items
adding items
combining or splitting orders
changing or correcting shipping addresses
canceling an unprocessed order
Canceling an order that is already being processed or wrapped will also incur an additional labor fee depending on the time spent preparing the order.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer will not be refunded, replaced, or reshipped.
We also do not have time during the busy shipping season to take photos of the exact plants being shipped. Requests for individual plant photos before shipping will incur a $10+ service fee depending on the number of plants photographed.
Orders are processed in batches, so changes and special requests can cause delays, confusion, and packing errors.
